All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued.
Cancelled orders: Orders can be cancelled if you contact us no later than 24 hours after the purchase was made. After that the order will be already at the printing process and will not be able to cancel it. Contact us at info@danielmazzoneart.com
Exchanges: We have a “No Exchange Policy.” No exchanges will be accepted.
Damaged goods: If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can’t accept responsibility for the damages. Contact us at info@danielmazzoneart.com

Shipping
Delivery Time and Processing: 2 to 3 weeks.
If there is a delay for any reason we will email you, or call you.
Processing Time : 5 to 10 business days.
All framed items are custom made to order so please allow up to 1 extra week.
Shipping / Transit Time : Delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 1–5 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires 3–7 business days. We ship via FedEx Ground. However, if you need the artwork shipped sooner, please contact us at info@danielmazzoneart.com.
Total Delivery Time: 2-3 weeks.
Shipping is available Monday thru Friday. No Saturday or Sunday Deliveries. Next day air or 2nd day air is not offered. Remember to order early in advance for special occasions, gift purchases, and the holiday season.
Packaging and Insurance Information:
